What work package can CultivIQ own inside a bid?
Faith and community engagement, facilitated listening with community and faith leaders, cultural decision workshops, bespoke decision tools, and written insight and decision records for governance teams.
What are the typical outputs?
A written insight summary, a decision record showing what the client will change, workshop materials with measured pre and post feedback, and where commissioned, a governance standard with auditable criteria.
What is the current capacity?
Engagements are designed by Raza Rahman, with practitioners from a multi-faith panel across the North East and North West joining delivery where the scope calls for it. Capacity is agreed package by package before anything is committed to a bid.
